Your mission as a Business Relationship Representative is to be a tech guru and brand ambassador for Digital Planet by providing product training and support to all our retail FSP channel stores.


You will also be our customer service champion by hosting in-store promotions showcasing our products, services, and benefits to potential customers as well as being the first point of contact for all sales and after-sales queries.  If you enjoy coming up with smart and effective solutions then we would like to meet you.



Mission:


  • Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships with all stakeholders from branch sales consultants, store managers, and Regional Managers.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to Digital Planet within your designated regions.
  • Communicate marketing campaigns for various channels to drive sales.
  • Training of customer staff on product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Handle queries related to our products or/and services.
  • Travel is required to all stores around Gauteng for branch visits.



Outcomes:

  • Providing after-sales support to customers on the warranties of their products
  • Handle after-sales information flow
  • Drive customer good customer experience
  • Manage in-branch collateral and incentives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Matric 
  • 2 to 3 Years of proven experience in either a technical, retail or sales environment


Non-Negotiables


  • Driver’s license and own vehicle
